That's right folks! Run For The Schools is back and gearing up for a great year! Plans are in the works for the 5K run to be held on Sunday, October 1st at 3:00 pm, there will be more information coming soon as plans are finalized.
Organizers reached out to High School Art Teacher, Mrs. Forbes, to have students submit designs for this year's logo. The logo will be used for promotion of the event and printed on T-shirts for each participant. After receiving many great designs, the design featured here by sophomore David Hernandez was selected for this year's event!
In addition to having his design printed on all of the runner's shirts, David also received a Visa gift card as a prize for his logo being selected! Congratulations David, all of the hard work that you put into this piece really shows!
