On Monday, May 15th Mr. Theiling, Middle School Band Director and Ms. Swanson, Middle School Choir Director held two concerts in the Middle School gym the Beginner Band Concert and Junior High Spring Band and Choir Concert. The Beginner Band Concert kicked off with the Junior Cadet (5th Grade) Band performing their first full length piece, Popcorn Prelude. The Cadet (6th Grade) Band performed two pieces, Midnight Sky and Attack of the Garden Gnomes.
The Junior High concert began with a performance by West Liberty Jazz-stronautas our first ever Junior High Jazz Band! Following the Jazz-stronautas were performances by 7th Grade Choir, 8th Grade Choir, a combined performance by 7th and 8th Grade Choirs, and 7th and 8th grade Concert Band!
