Attention ELC Parents: Due to our oven at the ELC breaking today we ended up doing a menu swap. ELC students received Friday's Hot Dog on a bun today and we will plan to serve today's Crispy Chicken Wrap on Friday. Tomorrow's menu will stay the same.

The ELC had an assembly this morning to kick off our food drive this week. The teachers and students are having a competition to see who can bring in the most canned goods. Due to a nationwide shortage, the romaine lettuce that the school ordered did not arrive today. Therefore, the romaine salad on tomorrow's lunch menu will be replaced with a chef's choice vegetable. Middle and High School salad bars will not have lettuce until more arrives!
