3rd and 4th graders were visited by Grammy award winning cellist, Zuill Bailey while he was in Iowa performing with Orchestra Iowa. We loved getting to speak with him, hear him play, and listen to him talk about music!
4th graders took a trip to the University of Iowa campus yesterday and got to meet their pen pals that they wrote to throughout this past year!
Science night at the elementary last night was a success! Thank you to the WL PTO and Dreamcatchers for organizing this event.
Throughout the event you constantly heard kids saying "That is super cool!"

Today is National School Librarian Day so today we are celebrating our school librarian Gabi Bugenhagen! We truly appreciate everything you do for our students!

This week, lower elementary grades were introduced to volleying and striking using balloons! 🎈
One first grader commented - “It’s a good thing my mom cut my nails!”

For the month of March we had our Puffball Pandemonium competition at the elementary.
At the end of the month the classroom with the most puffballs earned was Mrs. Lynch's 2nd grade class with 1,228 puffballs!!!
